The LXRP Graduate experience
Ready to step into real-life work after you graduate? We hear you!
At LXRP, we provide a project-based, collaborative environment with industry experts and loads of support to get you contributing towards Victoria’s Big Build initiatives.
The LXRP Graduate Program is an immersive experience that includes:
- a structured learning program that spans over 2 years to support your continued development
- rotational roles through our diverse teams and divisions matched to your expertise, providing exposure to how LXRP delivers our projects
- a comprehensive onboarding and induction experience designed for graduates kicking off their career with LXRP.
Graduate roles are set up so you can contribute directly to the challenging work LXRP undertakes on some of Victoria’s key infrastructure projects.
Ongoing graduate development
Keen to keep learning and developing even though that degree is complete? Great!
As well as the multiple learning opportunities you’ll be exposed to in your day-to-day roles, we’ve designed a Graduate Learning Series (GLS) to support your continued development.
We created the GLS to grow your professional and interpersonal skills, and to support you to regularly connect with your graduate cohort. The GLS is one part of the program that consistently gets rave reviews from our current and past graduates.

Safety and wellbeing at LXRP
It’s no surprise that safety is one of LXRP’s core values. Our award-winning LeadSafe program offers our employees – including our graduates – support for their health and wellbeing.
To get you ‘site-ready’ to visit our projects in action, you’ll complete a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety.
Sustainability and environment at LXRP
At LXRP, we’re proud that our projects are leading the way in sustainability. We focus on 3 main areas where we have the greatest impact on sustainable outcomes for the community, economy or environment: materials and energy, climate resilience, and liveable communities.
There’s plenty of opportunity for you to get involved once you’re on board.
