Installation of a 20-metre-long service beam that will form part of the new Neerim Road connection above the lowered line.

During the works, our crews sampled the soil.
Excavators being used to drive sheet piles into the ground to stabilise and strengthen the soil.
Sheet piles are driven into the ground along the partially demolished Platform 3 using excavator mounted pile drivers.
Precast panels with built-in track are installed above the new Neerim Road service beam to keep trains running between major works.
