Communication survey

Keeping you up to date with our progress and making sure you’re prepared for any works that may affect you is one of our top priorities.

Earlier this year, you told us that our communications on the Mordialloc Freeway project had improved since our first survey in October 2020. We heard that our communications were timely and easy to understand but you’d like to hear from us more frequently.

We’ll share a summary of the Engage Victoria survey results we conducted in December 2021 on this page in early 2022.

Community Reference Group

The Community Reference Group (CRG) will help the community understand what’s happening during construction and provide a local perspective to help us manage construction impacts and maximise the benefits of the project.

Members will:

  • provide advice on community concerns
  • ensure a broad range of community perspectives are considered
  • share project information and updates with the local community.

Community engagement

The feedback we receive from the community and our stakeholders is important and is used to help inform some of our project decisions.

In October 2020, you told us that our project communications are timely and easy to understand but you’d like to receive information about the freeway and our works more frequently.

In March 2021, we asked for your feedback again to make sure that we’ve improved your experience and you’re getting the information that you need. You told us that overall you’re more satisfied with our communication, but you’d still like to hear from us more frequently and with more information each time we get in touch.
