We have completed improvements to South Road between Taylor Street and Jasper Street, which includes more room for vehicles along the eastbound lanes before the traffic lights at Jasper Road and drivers are experiencing up to 30% more green time.

Pedestrian safety has been improved with drivers turning right from Jasper Road and South Road having greater visibility of pedestrians.

We’ve also installed advanced warning signage and updated the line marking on South Road to improve driver safety when turning from Jasper Road.
