Originally from France, Elise grew up in the Loire Valley before building an international career across major tunnelling projects in both Australia and the United Kingdom. When the opportunity arose to join the North East Link Project, she saw it as a chance to continue developing her expertise while contributing to one of Victoria’s largest infrastructure projects.
As Commercial Manager for the TBM team, Elise works across both the pre-contract and delivery phases of the project: leading tender processes, supporting contract negotiations and managing the commercial performance of contracts throughout delivery.
With a background in law and a strong interest in the commercial side of major projects, Elise says infrastructure offers a unique combination of technical challenge, collaboration and long-term impact.

For Elise, being part of a project that will support Melbourne’s future transport network for years to come is one of the most rewarding aspects of the role.
