'The Bayswater Level Crossing Removal Project is being delivered under an Alliance framework by Laing O'Rourke, Fulton Hogan, AECOM, the Level Crossing Removal Authority, VicRoads, Metro Trains Melbourne, and Public Transport Victoria (PTV). As principal contractor for the Bayswater Level Crossing Removal Project, the Alliance will adopt and operate under Laing O'Rourke's Environmental Policy'.
