NOTICE OF CLOSURE OF PARTS OF ROADS TO TRAFFIC

Under section 186D of the Major Transport Projects Facilitation Act 2009 (Act), I, Adam Maguire, Executive Director Delivery, Level Crossing Removal Project, as delegate of the project authority for the Webster Street, Dandenong Level crossing Removal Project (Project), determine that, for the purposes of the Project, the following parts of roads shall be closed to traffic:

• Crown Allotment 2A Section 23 Township of Dandenong Parish of Dandenong
• Crown Allotment 3B Section 28 Township of Dandenong Parish of Eumemmerring
• Crown Allotment 12A Section 21 Township of Dandenong Parish of Dandenong; and
• Crown Allotment 1A Section 27 Township of Dandenong Parish of Eumemmerring,

as more particularly shown shaded blue on the attached plan.

The closure of the parts of roads identified on the plans shall commence on 21 May 2025.
