We’re removing the Ruthven Street level crossing by building a rail bridge over the road to make Macleod and Rosanna level crossing-free in 2027.

We’re undertaking site investigations to help us understand local conditions and inform the project’s concept designs.

What we’re doing

We’re carrying out investigations and testing of the ground in and near the rail corridor and around the level crossing from 7am to 6pm,Wednesday 1 October to late October .

What to expect

• Construction workers with digging equipment in the rail corridor
• Intermittent traffic management at times near the level crossing
• Increased construction vehicles in the area.

Access to homes and businesses will be maintained at all times.
