Over the coming months while we work to remove the level crossing at Brunt Road, Beaconsfield there’ll be changes to the way you travel.

Pedestrian

The western footpaths along Brunt Road between Edinburgh Drive and Rix Road will be closed from 8pm, Tuesday 9 April until late April.

Shuttle bus

From 6am, Wednesday 10 April until late April, a free shuttle bus service will be available to assist pedestrians travelling north to south of Brunt Road while the road is closed.

Free shuttle bus pick-up and drop off locations

• North: corner of Brunt Road and Edinburgh Drive (north of the roundabout).
• South: near the intersection of Rix Road and Brunt Road.

Shuttle bus operating days, times and frequency

• Monday to Friday from 6am to 10pm.
• Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 8pm.

During peak times, the shuttle bus will run between pick up and drop off locations approximately every 30 minutes between 6am to 9am and 3pm to 6pm on weekdays.

Outside of peak times, please call 03 9123 4385 and advise if you are waiting at the pick up locations.
