NOTICE OF CLOSURE OF PART OF A ROAD TO TRAFFIC

Under section 186D(1)(d) of the Major Transport Projects Facilitation Act 2009 (Act), I, Travis Edmonds, Program Director, Metropolitan Roads Program Alliance, Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP), as delegate of the project authority for the Progress Street Level Crossing Removal Project (Project), determine that, for the purposes of the Project, the following parts of roads shall be closed to traffic:

• part of Progress Street, Dandenong South from the railway intersection to Nathan Road intersection; and
• part of Round Tower Road, Dandenong South from Nathan Road intersection to approximately 150 meters south,

as more particularly shown coloured pink and blue on the attached plan.

The closure of the parts of roads identified on the plan shall commence on the later of 5 May 2025 or one day after the date on which this notice is published.
