Purpose of this Report

This compliance report covers the reporting period between 18 May 2025 and 17 May 2026 in respect of EPBC Approval 2018/8142 issued to the Department of Transport and Planning (DTP) on 12 December 2019, as varied on 28 August 2020 and 29 June 2021 (EPBC Approval 2018/8142).

The purpose of this report is to document compliance with the conditions for the Environment Protection Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act) Approval 2018/8142 Condition 12. Details of compliance are provided, and where appropriate, the timing of completion of individual actions is identified.
