Summary of Future Development Loading document
The SRL East Environment Effects Statement included details on the proposed Specific Control Overlay (SCO) 15 overlay area boundary and how that boundary and potential planning permit triggers were determined, to support the long-term integrity of underground infrastructure (refer to EES Attachment C, Appendix F Infrastructure Protection Report)located on the SRL East EES website).
The attached technical guidance provides additional information on Future Development Loadings (FDL) considered in the design of SRL East infrastructure and is intended to provide additional guidance on future developments within the SCO 15 overlay area.
This technical guide has been developed to:
- Summarise the key elements of SRL East FDL technical requirements
- Provide insight in relation to relevant structural clearance and loading requirements when planning to build around and above SRL East underground infrastructure
- Assist developers in identifying and addressing SRLA requirements in submitting planning applications under SCO15.
