Summary of SRL East Business Disruption Mitigation Framework

The purpose of the SRL East Business Disruption Mitigation Framework (BDMF) is to outline SRLA’s overarching approach to managing and mitigating business disruption during construction of rail infrastructure for SRL East (the Project).

The BDMF implements the Project's Environmental Performance Requirements (EPRs) for EPR Business 3 (B3) and EPR B4, informing the preparation of Business Disruption Mitigation Plans (BDMPs) by SRL East contractors to proactively engage with businesses and manage impacts.
