He’s Wilde by name, but he’s sensible by nature. Say g’day to Isaac Wilde, one of our talented graduates currently working on the Hall Road Upgrade.
Big Build graduates play a huge role in helping to deliver our projects, with positions offered across a range of disciplines including civil engineering, legal, accounting and finance, and in Isaac’s case, communications.
Since joining the Major Road Projects Victoria Graduate Program earlier this year, Isaac has gained real-life industry experience across a range of communications fields, allowing him to grow his knowledge and advance his skills.
“I was automatically drawn to the graduate program, not only for the incredible learning and development opportunities, but also because of their strong focus on diversity and inclusion.” said Isaac.
“I love the variety and the fact that no 2 days are ever the same. One day I’m in the city working from the office, and the next I’m head to toe in hi-vis on site talking with stakeholders and helping to ensure communities remain informed and aware of how our works may impact them.” Isaac said.
Each year, we offer approximately 100 graduate roles, involving a range of professional and personal development workshops, site visits, project work, mentoring and experiential learning opportunities.
