Planning work currently underway includes traffic modelling, environmental investigations and social studies. This will allow us to understand potential impacts, develop design options and confirm scope and costs of different options.

From 16 March to 4 April, we asked for community and business feedback on the proposed upgrade via Engage Victoria. Thank you to everyone who took the time to provide feedback.

Your feedback has helped us understand how you currently use the interchange as well as providing important local insights, including community views on access, efficiency, safety and potential improvements to the interchange that we should consider.

Feedback is being considered in our planning and will help shape the development of potential design options.

Project timelines and milestones will be determined through this detailed planning work. A Business Case is currently being developed and our work is anticipated to be complete in early 2023.
