Narre Warren-Cranbourne Road Upgrade – Cameron and Slade Street Voucher Giveaway

Support your local traders

Big Build Roads (BBR) is upgrading Narre Warren-Cranbourne Road to make it quicker, easier and safer to get to where you need to be. From Sunday 29 October 2023, road closures at Cameron Street and Berwick-Cranbourne Road roundabout due to road works may impact local businesses. To support your local traders, BBR is giving away vouchers in various amounts redeemable at these local businesses - Supreme Coffee’s, Cranbourne Kebab Stop and United Petroleum Cranbourne South (Promotion). The use of vouchers will promote local businesses and encourage local residents and employees of local traders in the area to continue to shop locally and support these businesses.

Participating Stores

The vouchers will be redeemable only at the participating store named on the voucher:

Supreme Coffee’s, 1495 S Gippsland Hwy, Cranbourne VIC 3977
Cranbourne Kebab Shop, 202 Sladen St, Cranbourne VIC 3977
United Petroleum, 183 Sladen St, Cranbourne VIC 3977.

Terms and Conditions

There is no entry or participation cost for customers to participate in the Promotion.
The invitation to participate in the Promotion will be offered to local businesses in proximity to the Narre Warren-Cranbourne Road Upgrade project area. Any other business within that geographical area can request that they be added to the Promotion by BBR. The granting or refusal of such a request will be at BBR’s sole discretion.
The Promotion commences from 9:00am Wednesday 29 November 2023 and concludes 11:59pm Wednesday 31 January 2024 during which time the vouchers can be redeemed at the Participating Stores.
There will be a total of $9,450 worth of vouchers available as part of the Promotion, which will be issued in various amounts of amongst the Participating Stores.
The voucher is equivalent to a discount of the value listed on the voucher on the usual cost of the goods offered by the Participating Stores and is valid only at the Participating Stores named on the voucher and if relevant, only for the type of goods specified on the voucher.
Vouchers are redeemable in store and in person only. Vouchers must be handed over at point of sale to receive the discount.
Only 1 Voucher per transaction may be redeemed, and if the full amount of Voucher is not used, the balance amount on the Voucher after a transaction is forfeited.
The Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be redeemed for the purchase of alcohol, fuel, tobacco, phone cards, lottery tickets or gift cards or used in any online purchase.
Vouchers must not be duplicated.
There is no minimum spend required for the Voucher to be used.
The voucher cannot be used by employees or family members of the Participating Stores. Employees may use vouchers at a Participating Store if they are not employed at that Participating Store.
BBR and the Participating Stores reserve the right to cancel or refuse to honour a Voucher at their absolute and sole discretion.
BBR reserves the right to cancel all or any part of the Promotion at any time.
BBR is not responsible for the condition/quality of any goods or services offered by a Participating Store in relation to the Promotion.
BBR will not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
BBR’s inclusion of the Participating Store in the Promotion does not mean that BBR in any way warrants or makes any representations as to the feasibility of, or assumes responsibility for, or has any obligations in relation to, the goods or services offered by the Participating Store.

Privacy

Personal information collected, used and disclosed in connection with the Promotion is subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available . on our Privacy page.
Force Majeure
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned (including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion) the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and to cancel or amend the Promotion at any time without notice.

The Hall Road Upgrade Project Open for Business Incentive is being compiled and distributed by and on behalf of The State of Victoria, through Major Road Projects Victoria, a division of the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority, an administrative office in relation to the Department of Transport and Planning, Level 25, 180 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne ABN 69 981 208 782, (Promoter). Select businesses will be participating in the incentive (Trader/s). Traders may elect at their own choosing to offer a promotion, coupon or other similar discount (Special Offer) as part of their participation in the incentive covering the Hall Road Upgrade Project and surrounding areas (Trader Deals Directory).

The Trader agrees as follows:

There is no entry or participation fee for the Trader Deals Directory.
The Promoter is not responsible for the condition/quality of the Trader Deals Directory.
The Promoter is not responsible for the condition/quality of any Special Offer or other promotion offered by a Trader in the Trader Deals Directory.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Trader Deals Directory or Special Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Trader acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter has not made any representation or warranties in relation to the Trader Deals Directory and the Promoter does not warrant that the information, statements and any representations in the Trader Deals Directory or the letter to the Traders is correct and without errors or omissions.
The Promoter’s inclusion of a Trader in the Trader Deals Directory does not mean that the Promoter in any way warrants or makes any representations as to the feasibility of, or assumes responsibility for, or has any obligations in relation to, the implementation of the Special Offer.
The Trader acknowledges and agrees that it:
1. has no claim, proceeding, cause of action, action, demand or suit against the Promoter and, to the extent permitted by law, releases the Promoter from any claim, proceeding, cause of action, action, demand or suit arising out of or in connection with the Trader Deals Directory.
The Trader grants (or must procure the grant) to the Promoter of an irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual and assignable licence (including the right to sublicense) to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, develop, communicate to the public or otherwise exploit any material provided in relation to the Trader Deals Directory for the purpose of the Trader Deals Directory.
The Trader acknowledges and accepts that the Promoter has an absolute and unfettered discretion to:
1. cancel all or any part of the Trader Deals Directory at its sole discretion;
2. refuse to include any Trader in the Trader Deals Directory; and
3. refuse to include, or refuse terms of, a Special Offer provided by a Trader.

Select businesses will be participating in the incentive (Trader/s). Traders may elect at their own choosing to offer a promotion, coupon or other similar discount (Special Offer) as part of their participation in the incentive covering the Craigieburn Road Upgrade Project and surrounding areas (Customer Incentive Promotion).

The Trader agrees as follows:

There is no entry or participation fee for the Customer Incentive Promotion.
The right to participate in the Customer Incentive Promotion will be offered to businesses in the vicinity of the Craigieburn Road Upgrade project (Project). Any other business within that geographical location can request that they be added to the Trader Directory by the Promoter. The granting or refusal of such a request will be at the Promoter’s discretion.
1. cancel all or any part of the Customer Incentive Promotion at its sole discretion;
2. refuse to include any Trader in the Customer Incentive Promotion; and
3. refuse to include, or refuse terms of, a Special Offer provided by a Trader.
