Across the 5 stations there will be around 27 retail spaces, with more than 90 per cent of retail tenancies leased as of 25 November 2025, to progressively open in 2026.
Confirmed retailers include:
- Anzac Station – 7-Eleven (open 30 Nov), Dumpling Chef.
- Town Hall Station – Sushi Jiro (open by end of 2025), McDonald’s, Starbucks, KFC, IGA, Brunetti’s Oro
- State Library Station – Sharetea (open by end of 2025), Mr Ramen San
- Parkville Station –7-Eleven and Sushi Sushi (open 30 Nov), KFC and McDonald’s (open by end of 2025), People's Coffee
- Arden Station – Train Café
Campbell Arcade’s 8 shopfronts will also reopen following the major upgrade of the iconic 1950s arcade that connects Flinders Street and Town Hall stations.
