Your improved Boronia Station precinct is here

We've upgraded Boronia Station and built a new landscaped plaza on Dorset Road to deliver a modern and accessible precinct for the community.

Thank you for your patience while we completed major works to upgrade Boronia Station and deliver a modern and accessible precinct for passengers, traders and the community.

We have been working around the clock while the station was closed from May to early August, with passengers now benefiting from upgraded platforms with new shelters, seating, an updated waiting room, refreshed toilets, CCTV and improved lighting.

Our team has continued working in the area, including opening new station buildings and completing finishing works across the precinct.

We've also:

  • Re-paved the platforms and installed new canopies at each station entrance.
  • Repainted station walls and re-tiled the station concourse.
  • Relocated the Dorset Road pedestrian crossing in line with the new landscaped plaza, creating a safer and more. convenient walk between Dorset Square shops and the station.
