We’re upgrading Boronia Station and building a new landscaped plaza on Dorset Road to deliver a modern and accessible precinct for the community.

What we’re doing

As we put the finishing touches on the project, we’ll continue minor works around the station precinct. This will include:

• minor adjustments to roads, footpaths and landscaping
• inspection and maintenance activities
• removing equipment and site facilities
• minor works within the station precinct.

What to expect

During October and November, you may notice:

• small work crews in the area
• construction vehicles around the station precinct
• temporary lane, footpath or parking closures while minor activities are completed
• intermittent traffic management during off-peak periods
• out of hours works at times. We’ll let impacted residents and traders know in advance.

Lupton Way will be closed to vehicles for one day on Saturday 17 October, from 5am to 4pm, for the Boronia Station Upgrade community celebration event. For more information visit our event page.

We'll make every effort to complete any required activities with minimal disruption, and update directly impacted residents and traders in advance. Our working hours at this stage of the project are Monday to Sunday, 7am to 7pm.
