Boronia Station Upgrade

We're upgrading Boronia Station and building a new landscaped plaza on Dorset Road to deliver a modern and accessible precinct for the community.

The upgraded station will feature a new forecourt and entrance canopies, as well as improvements to the platform including new shelters, seating, refreshed toilets, better lighting, and updates to the passenger waiting room.

The new plaza will provide a safer and easier connection between the Dorset Road shopping precinct and the upgraded station precinct.

As part of the project, we'll also build a new pocket park near the Boronia Junction Shopping Centre, featuring garden beds, more trees, additional seating and a nature play area.

Timeline

Works are underway and the project will be complete in 2026.
