Terms and Conditions have been developed online with the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulations conditions set out in the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 and Gambling Regulations 2015.

Scratch and Win at Boronia

By  participating in the Boronia Scratch and Win (Competition), you are consenting to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. The Competition is conducted by VIDA Rail (formerly known as the Level Crossing Removal Authority), a division of the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority, an administrative office in relation to the Department of Transport and Planning (ABN 69 981 208 782) of Level 9, 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000 (VIDA Rail).
2. There is no entry fee for the Competition.
3. The Competition is open to current residents of Victoria only.
4. The Competition is not open to employees, contractors, suppliers, directors or immediate family members of VIDA Rail.
5. The Competition will run from 9am Saturday 27 June until scratch and win cards have been exhausted (Competition Period).
6. To validly enter the Competition, a person must:
   1. spend a minimum amount of $10.00 in a single transaction during the Competition Period at a Participating Trader to receive a ‘scratch and win’ card;
   2. scratch a section of the ‘scratch and win’ card to reveal a ‘winner’ or ‘better luck next time’ message;
   3. 'winner’ card holders are eligible to receive a prize (Prize).
7. ‘Winner’ scratch cards can be exchanged for a Prize at the Participating Trader  specified on the scratch card.
8. In order for the Prize to be validly claimed, a participant must present a winning ‘scratch and win’ card at the Participating Trader specified on the scratch card.
9. Prizes can be redeemed at Participating Traders until 1 September 2026.
10. The total Prize pool for the Competition will be $2,000.
11. There will be 201 ‘winner’ scratch cards in total, each revealing one of the following available Prizes:
    1. 40 coffee vouchers
    2. 136 food vouchers
    3. 25 restaurant vouchers
       Scratch cards distribution is subject to availability and at the discretion of the Participating Traders.
12. Prizes must be redeemed in accordance with the validity period and conditions specified by the relevant voucher.
13. VIDA Rail is not liable for any ‘winner’ scratch cards being lost, damaged, uncollected, or undelivered or unable to be redeemed for whatever reason.
14. The Prize is non-transferable. Neither the Prize, nor any unused part of the Prize, can be sold, scalped, auctioned, raffled, pledged or promoted as an incentive or reward.
15. To the extent permitted by law, VIDA Rail makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability, or merchantability of the Prize.
16. There is no limit to the amount of times an individual can enter the Competition during the Competition Period.
17. VIDA Rail reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel all or part of the Competition at its sole discretion.
18. Personal information is collected to enable the administration and promotion of the Competition, including the announcement of the winners’ names on social media or other promotional materials. Personal information collected, used and disclosed in connection with this Competition is subject to VIDA Rail’s Privacy Policy.
19. VIDA Rail shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize or the Competition, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
