Spin the Wheel at the Boronia Community Celebration – Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Boronia Community Celebration Spin the Wheel Competition (Competition), you are consenting to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. The Competition is conducted by VIDA Rail (formerly known as the Level Crossing Removal Project), a division of the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority, an administrative office in relation to the Department of Transport and Planning (ABN 69 981 208 782) of Level 9, 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000 (VIDA Rail).
2. There is no entry fee for the Competition.
3. The Competition is open to current residents of Victoria only.
4. The Competition will run from 10:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday 17 October 2026 (Competition Period).
5. To validly enter the Competition, a person (Entrant) must: a. attend the Boronia Community Celebration during the Competition Period; and b. speak with a project representative in branded VIDA Rail attire,    who will administer permission to spin the wheel.
6. Entrants who spin the wheel and land on the ‘Prize Draw’ wedge will enter a draw to win one of two $100 vouchers to be redeemed at Lipari Pizza and Pasta Boronia (Prize Draw).
7. Entrants who spin the wheel and land on a wedge other than the ‘Prize Draw’ will win a prize determined by where the clicker on the wheel lands. Prizes outside of the Prize Draw may include:
   1. small chips voucher from Jimmyz Kebabs;
   2. small coffee voucher from Two Cats Espresso;
   3. lemon slice from Two Cats Espresso;
   4. gluten free brownie from Gluten free 4 U.
8. The total prize pool for the Prize Draw will be $2,005, consisting of:
   • 100 Two Cats Espresso lemon slices
   • 100 Gluten free 4 U brownies
   • 120 Two Cats Espresso small coffee vouchers
   • 100 small hot chip vouchers
   • 2 x $100 Lipari Pizza and Pasta vouchers
9. VIDA Rail will randomly select from Entrants eligible for the Prize Draw and contact those drawn as a winner via their nominated notification method.
10. There will be two winners of the Prize Draw, each receiving one $100 Lipari Pizza and Pasta Boronia voucher.
11. VIDA Rail is not liable for any prize being lost, damaged, uncollected, unavailable or undelivered. Prizes must be redeemed in accordance with any validity period and conditions specified by the relevant provider.
12. An individual is allowed no more than one entry into the Competition during the Competition Period. A parent or guardian who has entered the Competition may nevertheless assist their dependent(s) to participate in the Competition.
13. An Entrant cannot spin the wheel more than once.
14. Employees, contractors and suppliers of VIDA Rail are not eligible to enter the Competition.
15. Validity and selection of entries is at VIDA Rail's sole discretion.
16. The Boronia Community Celebration date and times will be selected and run at VIDA Rail's discretion.
17. VIDA Rail reserves the right to cancel all or part of the Competition at its sole discretion.
18. Personal information is collected to enable the administration and promotion of the Competition, including the announcement of winners' names on social media or other promotional materials. Personal information collected, used and disclosed in connection with this Competition is subject to VIDA Rail's Privacy Policy.
19. VIDA Rail shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize or the Competition, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Scratch and Win at Boronia

By  participating in the Boronia Scratch and Win (Competition), you are consenting to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. The Competition is conducted by VIDA Rail (formerly known as the Level Crossing Removal Authority), a division of the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority, an administrative office in relation to the Department of Transport and Planning (ABN 69 981 208 782) of Level 9, 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000 (VIDA Rail).
2. There is no entry fee for the Competition.
3. The Competition is open to current residents of Victoria only.
4. The Competition is not open to employees, contractors, suppliers, directors or immediate family members of VIDA Rail.
5. The Competition will run from 9am Saturday 27 June until scratch and win cards have been exhausted (Competition Period).
6. To validly enter the Competition, a person must:
   1. spend a minimum amount of $10.00 in a single transaction during the Competition Period at a Participating Trader to receive a ‘scratch and win’ card;
   2. scratch a section of the ‘scratch and win’ card to reveal a ‘winner’ or ‘better luck next time’ message;
   3. 'winner’ card holders are eligible to receive a prize (Prize).
7. ‘Winner’ scratch cards can be exchanged for a Prize at the Participating Trader  specified on the scratch card.
8. In order for the Prize to be validly claimed, a participant must present a winning ‘scratch and win’ card at the Participating Trader specified on the scratch card.
9. Prizes can be redeemed at Participating Traders until 1 September 2026.
10. The total Prize pool for the Competition will be $2,000.
11. There will be 201 ‘winner’ scratch cards in total, each revealing one of the following available Prizes:
    1. 40 coffee vouchers
    2. 136 food vouchers
    3. 25 restaurant vouchers
       
       Scratch cards distribution is subject to availability and at the discretion of the Participating Traders.
12. Prizes must be redeemed in accordance with the validity period and conditions specified by the relevant voucher.
13. VIDA Rail is not liable for any ‘winner’ scratch cards being lost, damaged, uncollected, or undelivered or unable to be redeemed for whatever reason.
14. The Prize is non-transferable. Neither the Prize, nor any unused part of the Prize, can be sold, scalped, auctioned, raffled, pledged or promoted as an incentive or reward.
15. To the extent permitted by law, VIDA Rail makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability, or merchantability of the Prize.
16. There is no limit to the amount of times an individual can enter the Competition during the Competition Period.
17. VIDA Rail reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel all or part of the Competition at its sole discretion.
18. Personal information is collected to enable the administration and promotion of the Competition, including the announcement of the winners’ names on social media or other promotional materials. Personal information collected, used and disclosed in connection with this Competition is subject to VIDA Rail’s Privacy Policy.
19.
