NOTICE OF CLOSURE OF PART OF ROAD TO TRAFFIC

Under section 186D(1)(d) of the Major Transport Projects Facilitation Act 2009, I, Adam Maguire, Executive Director, Delivery, Level Crossing Removal Project, as delegate of the project authority for the Old Calder Highway and Watsons Road, Diggers Rest Level Crossing Removal Project (Project), determine that, for the purposes of or purposes connected with the Project, parts of Diggers Rest-Coimadai Road, Welcome Road and Old Calder Highway, Diggers Rest, shall be temporarily closed to traffic commencing on 18 June 2025.

The parts of the roads to be closed to traffic are more particularly shown hatched and described as the Land Portions on the plan below.
