Summary of report

Our Engineering Pathway Industry Cadetship (EPIC) program is an 18-month paid program for refugee and asylum seeker engineers working on major transport infrastructure projects.

The program aims to bridge the gap faced by new Australians in matching their international qualifications to Australian workforce requirements. However, the impact of the EPIC program goes beyond offering employment opportunities.

Our Industry, Capability and Inclusion (ICI) team has commissioned a Think Impact Social Valuation Report, highlighting the wider social benefits of the program.
