Summary of report

The Industry Capability and Inclusion (ICI) team’s fifth annual Training For The Future report (July 2021 to June 2022) is now available.

Back in 2016, we recognised that with Victoria having an unprecedented transport infrastructure pipeline of projects underway, we needed to work with industry to address critical skills gaps to operate and maintain our expanded rail network into the future.

Training for the Future has consistently led the way by providing training for the vital infrastructure work being undertaken across Victoria.
