The below notice refers to the road closure on Sun Crescent and City Place in Sunshine to facilitate works on the Sunshine Superhub Project under section186D(1)(d) of the Major Transport Projects Facilitation Act 2009.

NOTICE OF CLOSURE OF ROAD TO TRAFFIC

Under section 186D(1)(d) of the Major Transport Projects Facilitation Act 2009 (Act), I, Thanasinh Boupha, Acting Program Director, VIDA Rail, as delegate of the project authority for the Sunshine Superhub (Project), determine that, for the purposes of or a purpose connected with the Project, the following parts of roads shall be closed to traffic:

• part of Sun Crescent, Sunshine, being Road Portions 1 and 2 as marked in yellow in the aerial images below; and
• part of City Place, Sunshine, being Road Portions 3 and 4 as marked in yellow in the aerial images below.

The closure of those parts of roads to traffic being the Road Portions identified in the aerial images shall commence on 3 July 2026 (for Road Portions 1 and 2), 7 July 2026 (for Road Portion 3) and 21 July 2026 (for Road Portion 4).
