The Minister for Transport Infrastructure, the Project Minister for North East Link Project, has prepared the Model Utility Agreement Guidelines in accordance with section 231(1) of the Major Transport Projects Facilitation Act 2009 in relation to arrangements required to govern utility agreements for the purposes of North East Link Project.
