Construction of Suburban Rail Loop (SRL) East between Cheltenham and Box Hill is forging ahead, with construction underway at all six station sites and the train stabling facility in Heatherton. Crews are moving underground services and preparing sites for tunnelling and major construction.

We are working closely with local residents, traders and local stakeholders to minimise disruption to the community during construction, including notifying them in advance of upcoming works.

Detours and traffic management crews are also in place to help locals and motorists.
