Snap the #BigRigBarwon!

As part of the Barwon Heads Road Upgrade, we’re building a new bridge and removing the level crossing at Marshall.

We would love you to share your snaps of the beams as they pass you by!

The beams for the bridge will be delivered between:

  • 1am and 5am and 7am and 5pm on Wednesday 24 August
  • 1am and 5am on Thursday 25 August
  • 7am and 5pm on Friday 26 August.

Send your photos to contact@roadprojects.vic.gov.au with the subject line #BigRigBarwon and we will choose a selection to publish. Please only take a photo if it is safe to do so.

A viewing area will also be set up at Station Road, Marshall for local residents to take a unique look at the construction from 12pm to 2pm on Saturday 27 August, as the beams are lifted into place during day works.
