We’re planning upgrades at Bulleen Park to support sporting clubs during the construction of North East Link.
Some community sports fields and facilities within Bulleen Park, Bulleen will need to be temporarily or permanently relocated to make way for the North East Link tunnels and an upgraded Eastern Freeway. We’ve been working closely with sports clubs and associations to find suitable alternative facilities to meet their needs.
We want your feedback on the draft Planning Scheme Amendment to enable the delivery of the upgraded sporting facilities at Bulleen Park to help local sports clubs thrive as these works happen.
You will be able to provide your feedback until 4 March 2022 by completing an online survey.

The upgrades will include:
- 2 new replacement pavilions
- realignment and redevelopment of the three existing sports ovals
- upgrades to sports field lighting, cricket nets, and fencing
- planting of new trees and vegetation
- upgrading playground equipment and park amenities
- reconfigured car parking.
