Planning is underway for an upgrade to the High Street Road and Mowbray Drive intersection in Wantirna South to improve safety and reduce travel times.
We’re investigating options to:
- add traffic lights to the intersection
- improve walking and cycling connectivity.

Feedback received will be used to inform our planning. We'll share a summary of feedback received later this year.
Planning work will be used to inform government decisions on future funding. We expect our initial planning work will be complete in late 2026.
