Hallam North and Heatherton Road Upgrade $10 Voucher Giveaway

Support your local traders

Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV) is upgrading the Hallam North and Heatherton Road intersection to improve traffic flow and ease congestion. During January 2022, works may impact local businesses at Heatherton Village, so to support your local traders, MRPV will distribute 750 vouchers in the amount of $10 each. Vouchers will be distributed at Community Information Sessions and by letterbox drops to local residents, to encourage customers to visit Heatherton Village (Promotion).

Participating Stores

The $10 vouchers will be redeemable only at the following stores participating in the promotion (Participating Store/s):

  • Heatherton Village Fish & Chips
  • Goodwill Bakery
  • Mama’s BBQ Chicken & Salad
  • Wings Food Café
  • Liberty Slices
  • Zarga Café and Restaurant
  • Corner Store Headshop

Terms and Conditions

  • The Promotion commences from Thursday 9 December 2021 and the vouchers can be used at Participating stores and ends at 11:59pm, Thursday 17 February 2022
  • Only 1 voucher per transaction may be used, in person only (not online) and if the full amount of voucher is not used, the balance amount on the voucher after a transaction is forfeited
  • The voucher is not redeemable for cash, and customers must hand over voucher at point of sale to receive the $10 discount
  • Vouchers must not be duplicated
  • There is no minimum spend required for the voucher to be used
  • The vouchers cannot be used by employees or family members of the stores listed above.
  • The right to participate in the Promotion will be offered to local businesses at Heatherton Village in proximity to the Hallam North and Heatherton Road Upgrade area. Any other business within that geographical location can request that they be added to the Promotion by the MRPV. The granting or refusal of such a request will be at MRPV’s discretion.
  • MRPV and the Participating Stores reserve the right to cancel or refuse to honour a voucher at their absolute sole discretion.
  • MRPV reserves the right to cancel all or any part of the Promotion at any time.
  • MRPV is not responsible for the condition/quality of any goods or services offered by a Participating Store in relation to the Promotion.
  • MRPV will not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  • MRPV’s inclusion of a Participating Store in the Promotion does not mean that MRPV in any way warrants or makes any representations as to the feasibility of, or assumes responsibility for, or has any obligations in relation to, the goods or services offered by the Participating Store.

The Fitzsimons Lane Upgrade Project Open for Business Trader Directory Promotion is being compiled and distributed by and on behalf of The State of Victoria, through Major Road Projects Victoria, a division of the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority, an administrative office in relation to the Department of Transport, Level 25, 180 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne ABN 69 981 208 782, (Promoter). Select businesses will be participating in the Promotion (Trader/s). Traders may elect at their own choosing to offer a promotion, coupon or other similar discount (Special Offer) as part of their participation in the directory covering the Fitzsimons Lane Upgrade Project and surrounding areas (Promotion).

The following terms and conditions apply to this Promotion:

  1. There is no entry or participation fee for the Promotion.
  2. The Promoter is not responsible for the condition/quality of the Promotion.
  3. The Promoter is not responsible for the condition/quality of any Special Offer or other promotion offered by a Trader as part of the Promotion.
  4. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion or Special Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  5. The Promoter and / or a Trader reserves the right to cancel or refuse to honour a Special Offer at their absolute sole discretion.
  6. The Trader acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter has not made any representation or warranties in relation to the Promotion and the Promoter does not warrant that the information, statements and any representations in the Promotion or the Trader Directory is correct and without errors or omissions.

The Trader acknowledges and agrees that it has no claim, proceeding, cause of action, action, demand or suit against the Promoter and, to the extent permitted by law, releases the Promoter from any claim, proceeding, cause of action, action, demand or suit arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
  9. The Trader grants (or must procure the grant) to the Promoter of an irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual and assignable licence (including the right to sublicense) to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, develop, communicate to the public or otherwise exploit any material provided in relation to the Promotion for the purpose of the Promotion.
  10. The Trader acknowledges and accepts that the Promoter has an absolute and unfettered discretion to:
    1. (a) cancel all or any part of the Promotion at its sole discretion;
    2. (b) refuse to include any Trader in the Promotion; and
    3. (c) refuse to include, or refuse terms of, a Special Offer provided by a Trader.
  11. Personal information collected, used and disclosed in connection with the Promotion is subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

The Trader agrees as follows:

  1. There is no entry or participation fee for the Workers Incentive Promotion.
  2. The Promoter is not responsible for the condition/quality of the Workers Incentive Promotion.
  3. The Promoter is not responsible for the condition/quality of any Special Offer or other promotion offered by a Trader as part of the Workers Incentive Promotion.
  4.     3. refuse to include, or refuse terms of, a Special Offer provided by a Trader.
