Terms and Conditions
The Ballan Road Intersection Upgrade Project – Ballan Road’s Open for Business Wyndham Vale 7-Eleven free coffee promotion (Promotion) is being distributed by and on behalf of The State of Victoria, through VIDA Roads, a division of the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority, an administrative office in relation to the Department of Transport and Planning, of Level 21, 180 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne ABN 69 981 208 782 (Promoter). Select businesses within the Ballan Road Intersection Upgrade Project (Project) area are invited to participate in the Promotion (Trader/s).
The Ballan Road Intersection Upgrade is upgrading the Ballan/McGrath/Greens roads intersection in Wyndham Vale to improve traffic flow through the intersection, and make it safer for people driving, walking and cycling through the area. From 5am, Monday 22 June 2026 the major works site switched to the southern side of the intersection. The shop entrance to the 7-Eleven remains open from either Ballan Road with left in or from McGrath Road south with right in/left out.
To support your local traders, VIDA Roads is letterbox dropping to local community Wyndham Vale 7-Eleven Open for Business free coffee vouchers redeemable when filling up with petrol at the select business Wyndham Vale 7-Eleven (Promotion). The use of vouchers will promote the local business and encourage the local community to continue to shop locally and support this business.
Participating Store
The voucher will be redeemable only at the participating store named on the voucher:
- Wyndham Vale 7-Eleven, 125 Ballan Road, Wyndham Vale 3024
(the Participating Store).
Terms & Conditions
1. There is no entry or participation cost for customers to participate in the Promotion.
2. The Promotion commences from 8am, Monday 13 July 2026 and concludes at 11:59pm, Monday 30 November 2026 during which time the voucher can be redeemed at the Participating Store.
3. There will be a total of $5,000 worth of vouchers available as part of the Promotion, which will be issued as one coffee value per voucher.
4. The voucher is equivalent to any regular sized coffee when a customer fills up with petrol from the Participating Store and is valid only from the Participating Store named on the voucher.
5. Vouchers are redeemable by presenting the voucher in store at Wyndham Vale 7-Eleven after filling up with petrol.
6. Only 1 Voucher per transaction may be redeemed, and the Voucher can only be redeemed for a free regular sized coffee.
7. The Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, or for the purchase of any product in-store.
8. Vouchers must not be duplicated.
9. There is a $20 minimum spend required for the Voucher to be used.
10. The voucher cannot be used by employees or family members of the Participating Store.
11. VIDA Roads and the Participating Store reserve the right to cancel or refuse to honour a Voucher at their absolute and sole discretion.
12. VIDA Roads reserves the right to cancel all or any part of the Promotion at any time.
13. VIDA Roads is not responsible for the condition/quality of any goods or services offered by a Participating Store in relation to the Promotion.
14. VIDA Roads will not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
15. VIDA Roads’ inclusion of the Participating Store in the Promotion does not mean that VIDA Roads in any way warrants or makes any representations as to the feasibility of, or assumes responsibility for, or has any obligations in relation to, the goods or services offered by the Participating Store.
Privacy
16. Personal information collected, used and disclosed in connection with the Promotion is subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available on our Privacy page
Force Majeure
17. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned (including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion) the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and to cancel or amend the Promotion at any time without notice.
