Terms and Conditions
The Ballan Road Intersection Upgrade Project – Ballan Road’s Open for Business voucher promotion (Promotion) is being distributed by and on behalf of The State of Victoria, through VIDA Roads, a division of the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority, an administrative office in relation to the Department of Transport and Planning, of Level 21, 180 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000, ABN 69 981 208 782 (Promoter). Select businesses within the Ballan Road Intersection Upgrade Project (Project) area are invited to participate in the Promotion (Trader/s).
The Ballan Road Intersection Upgrade is upgrading the Ballan/McGrath/Greens roads intersection in Wyndham Vale to improve traffic flow through the intersection, and make it safer for people driving, walking and cycling through the area. At night from 8pm, Thurday 5 November to 5am, Friday 6 November and over the weekend from 8pm, Friday 6 November 2026 to 5pm, Monday 9 November 2026 the Ballan, McGrath and Greens roads intersection will be closed. The shop entrance to the 7-Eleven precinct will remain open from McGrath Road south with right in/left out via a detour. The BP and eatery precinct will remain open from McGrath Road north with left in/right out via a detour.
To support your local traders, VIDA Roads will give local community Open for Business vouchers redeemable from participating businesses at 210 and 125 Ballan Road, Wyndham Vale (Promotion). The use of vouchers will promote the local businesses and encourage the local community to continue to shop locally and support these businesses.
Participating Store
The voucher will be redeemable only at the participating store named on the voucher (the Participating Store):

Terms and Conditions
1. There is no entry or participation cost for customers to participate in the Promotion.
2. The invitation to participate in the Promotion will be offered to shops at 210 and 125 Ballan Road, Wyndham Vale.
3. The Promotion commences from 6am, Monday 19 October 2026 and concludes at 11.59pm, Sunday 8 November 2026 during which time the voucher can be redeemed at the Participating Store/s.
4. There will be a total of $1,000 worth of $10 vouchers available for each Participating Store as part of the Promotion.
5. The voucher is equivalent to a discount on the usual cost of the goods offered by the Participating Stores and is valid only at the Participating Stores named on the voucher.
6. Vouchers are redeemable in store and in person only. Vouchers must be handed over at point of sale to receive the discount equal to their value.
7. Only 1 voucher per transaction may be redeemed, and if the full amount of voucher is not used, the balance amount on the voucher after a transaction is forfeited.
8. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or be redeemed for the purchase of alcohol, tobacco, phone cards, lottery tickets or gift cards.
9. Vouchers cannot be used in any online purchase.
10. Vouchers must not be duplicated.
11. There is no minimum spend required for the voucher to be used.
12. The voucher cannot be used by employees or family members of the Participating Stores.
13. The voucher cannot be used by any employee, contracted staff or service provider of the Promoter.
14. VIDA Roads and the Participating Stores reserve the right to cancel or refuse to honour a voucher at their absolute and sole discretion.
15. VIDA Roads reserves the right to cancel all or any part of the Promotion at any time.
16. VIDA Roads is not responsible for the condition/quality of any goods or services offered by a Participating Store in relation to the Promotion.
17. VIDA Roads will not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
18. VIDA Roads inclusion of a Participating Store in the Promotion does not mean that VIDA Roads in any way warrants or makes any representations as to the feasibility of, or assumes responsibility for, or has any obligations in relation to, the goods or services offered by the Participating Store.
Privacy
19. Personal information collected, used and disclosed in connection with the Promotion is subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available on our Privacy page
Force Majeure
20. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned (including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion) the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and to cancel or amend the Promotion at any time without notice.
