Epping Road Upgrade – Spin and Win at Lyndarum shops

The Epping Road Spin and Win at the Lyndarum shops promotion (Promotion) is being distributed by and on behalf of The State of Victoria, through VIDA Roads, a division of the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority, an administrative office in relation to the Department of Transport and Planning, of Level 21, 180 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne ABN 69 981 208 782 (Promoter). Select businesses within the Epping Road Upgrade (Project) area are invited to participate in the Promotion (Trader/s).

To encourage shopping locally during major works on Lyndarum Drive, the Promoter is offering vouchers in the amount of $10 or $20 for individuals who spin a game wheel from Saturday 23 August to Sunday 30 November 2025 (Promotion Period).  400 vouchers in total are available to be won.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter is the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority (VIDA), ABN 69 981 208 782, whose principal office is at Level 21, 180 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
2. This Promotion is being conducted in accordance with these ‘Epping Road Spin and Win at Lyndarum shops’ Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Promotion Period

3. This Promotion commences at 9am, Saturday 23 August 2025 and concludes at 5pm, Sunday 30 November 2025 (Promotion Period).

Eligibility

4. The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Participants under the age of 18 require parental or guardian consent (Eligible Individuals).
5. The following are ineligible to enter and will not be Eligible Individuals:
   1. any employee, contracted staff or service provider of the Promoter or Participating Store; or
   2. any spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child, sibling or any other family member of an ineligible employee, contracted staff or service provider.
6. An Eligible Individual cannot participate in the Promotion, and cannot spin the wheel, more than once.

How to enter

7. There is no entry or participation cost for Eligible Individuals to participate in the Promotion.
8. To participate in the Promotion, Eligible Individuals must, during the Promotion Period:
   1. attend the promotional event in person;
   2. confirm that they have not already participated;
   3. spin the promotional wheel only once.

Prizes

9. Prizes consist of vouchers to Participating Stores with values of $10 or $20.
10. Vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the Epping Road Upgrade Voucher Giveaway Promotion.
11. Prizes will be awarded immediately after spinning the wheel.
12. The outcome of each spin is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.

General

13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel all or any part of the Promotion at any time.
14. The Promoter is not responsible for the condition/quality of any goods or services offered by a Participating Store in relation to the Promotion.
15. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to
16. verify the details of an Eligible Individual (including an Eligible Individuals’ identity, age and place of residence or employment); and
17. disqualify any Eligible Individual who:

• enters in a manner not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; or
• tampers with the entry process.

16. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
17. Prizes are not substitutable, exchangeable, or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
18. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19. The Promoter’s inclusion of a Participating Store in the Promotion does not mean that the Promoter in any way warrants or makes any representations as to the feasibility of, or assumes responsibility for, or has any obligations in relation to, the goods or services offered by the Trader.

Privacy

20. Personal information collected, used and disclosed in connection with the Promotion is subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://bigbuild.vic.gov.au/privacy-collection-statement/privacy-policy.

    Force Majeure

21. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned (including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion) the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and to cancel or amend the Promotion at any time without notice.
