Terms and Conditions: Free Small Coffee Promotion
- Participating Store: Jetset Café
- Promoter: The State of Victoria, through VIDA Roads, a division of the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority, an administrative office in relation to the Department of Transport and Planning, of Level 25, 180 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne VIC ABN 69 981 208 782
- Eligibility: This promotion is open to all customers aged 16 years or older. Employees of the Participating Store and their immediate families are ineligible to participate.
- Promotion Period: The Promotion commences at 10am on Saturday 19 September 2026 and concludes once sixty (60) free coffees have been claimed, or at 1pm on the same day, whichever occurs first (Promotion).
- The Offer: The first 60 customers to order a barista-made coffee during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) standard small coffee free of charge.
- Limits: Strictly limit of one (1) free small coffee per customer.
- Exclusions:
- This offer applies to standard small coffees only (e.g., Flat White, Latte, Cappuccino, Long Black, Espresso).
- Upsizes, extra espresso shots, syrups, and alternative milks (e.g., almond, oat, soy) are not included and must be paid for by the customer at standard menu prices.
- Speciality drinks, cold brews, iced coffees, teas, and hot chocolates are excluded from this promotion.
- Redemption: The free coffee must be claimed at the time of ordering and cannot be deferred, saved for a later date, or redeemed via third-party delivery apps.
9. General: This offer is subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or loyalty program. The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. The Participating Store reserves the right to amend or cancel this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel all or any part of the Promotion at any time.
11. The Promoter is not responsible for the condition/quality of any goods or services offered by a Participating Store in relation to the Promotion.
12. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. The Promoter’s inclusion of a Participating Store in the Promotion does not mean that the Promoter in any way warrants or makes any representations as to the feasibility of, or assumes responsibility for, or has any obligations in relation to, the goods or services offered by the Trader.
14. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned (including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion) the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and to cancel or amend the Promotion at any time without notice.
