The Point Cook Road and Central Avenue Intersection Upgrade Spin and Win at the Aviation Road, Laverton shops promotion (Promotion) is being distributed by and on behalf of The State of Victoria, through VIDA Roads, a division of the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority, an administrative office in relation to the Department of Transport and Planning, of Level 21, 180 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne ABN 69 981 208 782 (Promoter). Select businesses within the Point Cook Road and Central Avenue Intersection Upgrade (Project) area are invited to participate in the Promotion (Trader/s).

8. To participate in the Promotion, Eligible Individuals must, during the Promotion Period:

1. attend the promotional event in person;

2. confirm that they have not already participated;

3. spin the promotional wheel only once.
   

   Prizes

   9. Prizes consist of vouchers to Participating Stores with values of $10, $20 or $50.

   10. Vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the Point Cook Road and Central Avenue Intersection Upgrade Voucher Giveaway Promotion.

   11. Prizes will be awarded immediately after spinning the wheel.

   12. The outcome of each spin is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.

       General

   13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel all or any part of the Promotion at any time.

   14. The Promoter is not responsible for the condition/quality of any goods or services offered by a Participating Store in relation to the Promotion.

   15. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to

   1. verify the details of an Eligible Individual (including an Eligible Individuals’ identity, age and place of residence or employment); and

   2. disqualify any Eligible Individual who:

   • enters in a manner not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; or

   • tampers with the entry process.

   16. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

   17. Prizes are not substitutable, exchangeable, or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

   18. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

   19. The Promoter’s inclusion of a Participating Store in the Promotion does not mean that the Promoter in any way warrants or makes any representations as to the feasibility of, or assumes responsibility for, or has any obligations in relation to, the goods or services offered by the Trader.

       Privacy

   20. Personal information collected, used and disclosed in connection with the Promotion is subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://bigbuild.vic.gov.au/privacy-collection-statement/privacy-policy.

       Force Majeure

   21. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned (including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion) the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and to cancel or amend the Promotion at any time without notice.
