The Promotion is being run on behalf of the State of Victoria, through Big Build Roads (BBR), a division of the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority, an administrative office in relation to the Department of Transport and Planning, Level 25, 180 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne ABN 69 981 208 782.BBR (the Promoter) is committed to supporting local traders (Traders) affected by the works to upgrade the intersection at Point Cook Road and Central Avenue.

The Promotion:

• is commencing from 9am, Saturday 15 August 2026 and closing at 11:59pm, Saturday 31 October 2026 (Promotion Period)
• is being used to promote Traders participating in the Promotion (Participating Store/s) located near the intersection of Point Cook Road and Central Avenue as they may have been impacted by the Point Cook Road and Central Avenue Intersection Upgrade (Project) during major works to upgrade the intersection from late-June to September 2026.
• will encourage locals to shop at participating stores by providing them with vouchers worth $10, $20 or $50. These vouchers can be used for discounts equal to their value at the point of sale in the participating stores.

Vouchers from all Participating Stores will then be given away to community members through a variety of avenues by the Project team at the Project teams discretion.

The use of vouchers will encourage members of the local community to shop at the participating traders.

Eligible Participating Stores

The vouchers will only be redeemable at the participating store named on the voucher.

Eligible participating stores are listed below:

Terms and Conditions

1. There is no entry or participation cost for customers to participate in the Promotion.
2. The invitation to participate in the Promotion will be offered to shops near the intersection of Point Cook Road and Central Avenue.
3. The Promotion commences from 9am, Saturday 15 August 2026 and closing at 11:59pm, Saturday 31 October 2026 (Promotion Period) during which time the vouchers can be redeemed at the Participating Stores.
4. There will be a total of $500 worth of vouchers available for each Participating Store as part of the Promotion.
5. A Participating Store will select the method by which their vouchers will be distributed by choosing only one of the options below:
   1. $10 vouchers
   2. $20 vouchers
   3. $50 vouchers
6. The voucher is equivalent to a discount on the usual cost of the goods offered by the Participating Stores and is valid only at the Participating Stores named on the voucher.
7. Vouchers are redeemable in store and in person only. Vouchers must be handed over at point of sale to receive the discount equal to their value.
8. Only 1 voucher per transaction may be redeemed, and if the full amount of voucher is not used, the balance amount on the voucher after a transaction is forfeited.
9. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or be redeemed for the purchase of alcohol, tobacco, phone cards, lottery tickets or gift cards.
10. Vouchers cannot be used in any online purchase.
11. Vouchers must not be duplicated.
12. There is no minimum spend required for the Voucher to be used.
13. The voucher cannot be used by employees or family members of the Participating Stores.
14. The voucher cannot be used by any employee, contracted staff or service provider of the Promoter.
15. BBR and the Participating Stores reserve the right to cancel or refuse to honour a Voucher at their absolute and sole discretion.
16. BBR reserves the right to cancel all or any part of the Promotion at any time.
17. BBR is not responsible for the condition/quality of any goods or services offered by a Participating Store in relation to the Promotion.
18. BBR will not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19. BBR’s inclusion of a Participating Store in the Promotion does not mean that BBR in any way warrants or makes any representations as to the feasibility of, or assumes responsibility for, or has any obligations in relation to, the goods or services offered by the Participating Store.

Privacy

19. Personal information collected, used and disclosed in connection with the Promotion is subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

Force Majeure

20. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned (including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion) the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and to cancel or amend the Promotion at any time without notice.
