The Commercial and Transaction Coordinator will support a range of stakeholders across Rail Projects Victoria with regards to commercial, procurement and transaction services including contract administration for either the Metro Tunnel Project (MTP) or Regional Rail Revival (RRR). The role works as part of a team of professional commercial, legal, transaction and procurement advisors, across MTP or RRR, working closely with a broad range of project stakeholders to deliver timely, efficient solutions.

Reporting to a Cost Controller, the Cost Control Support Officer will provide essential support services to the cost control team. The Cost Control Support Officer will work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders to provide project team support and coordination assistance in a range of project controls areas, including reporting, claims and forecasting.

This role is for the South Geelong to Waurn Ponds Duplication project within RRR, South West package. The Design Interface Manager will be responsible for client-side management of the design, engineering, assurance and completions activities associated with our $901M South Geelong to Waurn Ponds Duplication Project Stage 2 & 3 for Regional Rail Revival. The role will call on prior experience in major rail projects across multiple disciplines such as track and civil, signalling, structures and stations. The role will be responsible for managing a team of technical advisors to develop requirements and reference designs, provide expert technical advice and guidance across a range of engineering and design issues, as well as managing internal RPV stakeholders and delivery contractors to prepare design solutions or resolve engineering issues. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships whilst integrating, coordinating and managing various inputs, expectations and requirements from a range of stakeholder organisations such as Rail Operators, Department of Transport, VicTrack, local Councils and private industry is fundamental to the successful performance of this role.

Reporting into the Stage Definition Lead, the Graduate Systems Definition Engineer is responsible for assisting with the development and generation of the Stage Delivery Plans. Assisting the Stage Definition Lead in: Coordinating workshops and meetings with Stakeholders to refine stage system definitions, acting as the point of contact between the Systems Architect and Interface Manager, managing the Stage definition plan  requirements in DOOR and Preparation of Material for Stage Specific Hazard Analysis

Reporting to the Deputy Package Director, Tunnel & Stations, this role forms part of RPV's team in the delivery and construction of the Underground Stations and mined excavations of The Metro Tunnel Project noting that the underground stations are designed and constructed by a consortium (Project Co) appointed to deliver the Tunnel and Stations PPP Project. The role calls on extensive hand on delivery experience and understanding of sequencing and delivery of tunnel fit out and Underground Stations including civil and fit out works and interfaces with other disciplines for a metro rail system in an urban environment. The role also requires extensive delivery experience and expertise in mined excavations such as adits and cross passages.

This role is responsible for the management of a range of Signalling and Train Control Systems packages in design and development works of the Regional Rail Revival Program. including construction planning of major brownfield rail project works. This role will liaise with project delivery areas including integration across multiple project disciplines to ensure work requirements are planned and well understood and ensure that staff are given the support and development to achieve commercial outcomes for the business. The Project Signalling Specialist will lead, and provide technical input to the design and scope development for the signalling and train control components of the Regional Rail Revival Program. The role will call on project engineering, development and delivery experience in railway signalling and related systems on major brownfield rail projects. This will involve an integrated approach across multiple disciplines and stakeholder organisations including Department of Transport (DOT), VicTrack and Rail Operators, as well as other projects. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders as well as manage and communicate complex technical issues is fundamental for success in this role.

This role will also be responsible for coordinating the client and stakeholder reviews of designs during project delivery. This role co-ordinates all technical and engineering support to the relevant work package, including the development of requirements and the review of designs for completeness, compliance to requirements, standards and constructability, drawing upon technical specialist advice from subject matter experts to resolve a range of engineering design challenges.

RPV, MTIA is seeking to engage a Senior Project Manager – HV Distribution to lead the planning, development and client-side delivery management of the High Voltage Distribution Supply required to service the new and altered substations, as part of the RPV portfolio. The role will call on both project management and technical experience relating to the development and delivery of high voltage power systems and substations. This role will also include the integration of the works across multiple rail disciplines and stakeholder organisations, including VicTrack, Metro Trains Melbourne and other interfacing projects. The ability to effectively manage and communicate project implications of complex technical nature is fundamental for success in this role.

RPV, MTIA is seeking to engage a Senior Project Manager - OCS and ICT to lead and provide input to the design, scope development and testing and commissioning of the Operational Control Systems (OCS) and Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) components of the Metro Tunnel Project for the Rail Systems Alliance. The role will call on both Victorian project development and delivery management experience relating to OCS and ICT and related rail systems in Victorian brownfield rail projects including technical review, stakeholder liaison and network integration across multiple disciplines and stakeholder organisations including Public Transport Victoria (PTV), VicTrack, MTM, LXRA and other interfacing projects. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and manage and communicate project implications of complex technical issues is fundamental for success in this role.

Responsibilities: Perform testings of systems, leading a test team, oversee testing subcontractors, reporting on commissioning progress and escalating issues, complete testing procedures and associated documentation (marked up Test Copies, C/TC), provide input to Testing & Commissioning Plans,provide input to Testing & Commissioning Work Programs, co-ordinate and perform pre-testing activities both in the factory and on site, assist the testing management team in the performance and control of testing and reporting testing progress and escalating issues.
