This role is responsible for the management of a packages of design and development works of the Regional Rail Revival Program. This role will lead the design, development and construction planning of major brownfield rail project works. This role requires project management experience in infrastructure projects including integration across multiple project disciplines. The ability to build, maintain and influence strong relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders is fundamental for success in this role.

RPV, MTIA is seeking to engage a Senior Advisor, Communications and Stakeholder Relations. The role is responsible for providing strategic advice and overseeing the development and delivery of communications and stakeholder engagement strategies to support the projects delivered by RPV including the Regional Rail Revival program. This position will work closely with RPV's technical and planning teams and appointed construction contractor communication and project teams. The successful candidate will have the capability and requisite experience to proactively manage issues and risks, manage a high-performing team, facilitate high quality communications and stakeholder engagement activities, influence and negotiate to drive positive project outcomes, and be experienced in managing sensitive stakeholder interfaces in an issues-rich and complex environment.

The Accounts Coordinator will be responsible for leading a small team delivering account payable services and fixed asset management. This role will support the integrity and consistency of transaction management within the financial control environment and deliver Rail Projects Victoria financial reporting requirements including accrual preparation, reconciliations and fixed asset management. The role requires extensive expertise in the development and delivery of major infrastructure projects combined with the ability to build and maintain high-level influential relationships across a broad range of stakeholders.

Major elements of the role involve managing internal and external relationships to achieve critical project objectives and providing leadership and guidance to direct reports and the broader team in all aspects of project development and then through delivery. This role also provides advice to the Victorian Government in relation to appropriate resolution of complex project issues.

RPV, MTIA is seeking to engage a Cost Controller, reporting to the Senior Cost Engineer/ Controller as part of the Project Controls team, the Cost Controller will play an exciting, active and crucial role in the planning and successful delivery of the Geelong Fast Rail project. As such, you will be required to have experience of large infrastructure and/or multidisciplinary projects in a similar role. As a Cost Engineer/Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the project is meeting ongoing internal and external progress monitoring and reporting requirements, as well as supporting the Work Package Teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
