RPV, MTIA is seeking to engage a Senior Advisor, Communications and Stakeholder Relations to be responsible for providing strategic advice and overseeing the development and delivery of communications and stakeholder engagement strategies to support the $2.1 billion Sunbury Line Upgrade that will enable bigger, more modern trains to run along the line and through the Metro Tunnel. Managing a small team, the role will also lead communications and engagement activities related to the delivery of the Gap Road level crossing removal project in Sunbury. This position works closely with RPV's Technical and Planning teams and appointed construction contractors and leads the management of key project relationships including community and local councils. Reporting to the Manager, Communication and Stakeholder Relations - Metro Tunnel and Sunbury Line Upgrade, this role requires an ability to work in a complex and demanding environment within tight timeframes. Applicants will need to be well organised and able to work autonomously while also being an effective team player.

RPV, MTIA is seeking to engage a Senior Advisor, Communications and Stakeholder Relations. The role is responsible for providing strategic advice and overseeing the development and delivery of communications and stakeholder engagement strategies to support the projects delivered by RPV including the Regional Rail Revival program. This position will work closely with RPV's technical and planning teams and appointed construction contractor communication and project teams. The successful candidate will have the capability and requisite experience to proactively manage issues and risks, manage a high-performing team, facilitate high quality communications and stakeholder engagement activities, influence and negotiate to drive positive project outcomes, and be experienced in managing sensitive stakeholder interfaces in an issues-rich and complex environment.

RPV, MTIA is seeking to engage a Package Director, Melbourne Airport Rail (MAR) who will be reporting to the Director, Development and Delivery, MAR. This role will be responsible for overseeing and mentoring a team of engineers and Project Managers to develop and deliver significant packages of work on the Melbourne Airport Rail project. Major elements of the role involve managing internal and external stakeholder relationships to achieve key milestones. The role requires extensive expertise in the development and delivery of major infrastructure projects combined with the ability to build and maintain high-level influential relationships across a broad range of stakeholders.

Major elements of the role involve managing internal and external relationships to achieve critical project objectives and providing leadership and guidance to direct reports and the broader team in all aspects of project development and then through delivery. This role also provides advice to the Victorian Government in relation to appropriate resolution of complex project issues.

RPV, MTIA is seeking to engage a Cost Controller, reporting to the Senior Cost Engineer/ Controller as part of the Project Controls team, the Cost Controller will play an exciting, active and crucial role in the planning and successful delivery of the Geelong Fast Rail project. As such, you will be required to have experience of large infrastructure and/or multidisciplinary projects in a similar role. As a Cost Engineer/Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the project is meeting ongoing internal and external progress monitoring and reporting requirements, as well as supporting the Work Package Teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Reporting to the Project Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the development, planning and delivery for the Melbourne Airport Rail project. The Senior Project Engineer will use their prior experience to coordinate the project scope, approvals, design development, program development, contracts development and construction activities. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders is fundamental for success in this role.

Reporting to the Deputy Directors, Marketing and Brand, the Marketing Manager leads marketing, branding and promotion campaigns for Rail Projects Victoria (RPV). The position is responsible for implementing RPV’s marketing strategy, including educating the community about the need for RPV’s projects, its benefits and the challenges and opportunities we face in constructing city-shaping rail infrastructure. The position works closely with other members of the Corporate Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement teams.
