Big Build Big Futures

We partner with industry, government and community to help students understand and access career opportunities in rail, road and health infrastructure.

Our focus is on creating clear pathways from school into further education, training and employment, so young people can build careers supporting Victoria’s major transport projects.

We're committed to improving awareness and access to opportunities so the future workforce better reflects the diversity of Victoria’s communities.
