Spark has been appointed to design and build the North East Link Tunnels package of works, including 6.5 km twin tunnels, interchanges at Manningham and Lower Plenty roads, and upgrades to Greensborough and Bulleen roads.

Each IEA report provides a 6-month summary of audit activities and outcomes related to construction activities by Spark and, where relevant, activities undertaken by the State. Each report summarises audit activities during the reporting period, audit findings and the status of actions taken to address previous audit findings. It also looks at our tunnel package contractor’s compliance with the Environmental Management Framework and Environmental Performance Requirements.
