This report summarises the audit activities and outcomes during the 6-month period covering tunnel package construction activities by Spark from May – October 2024.
Six audits were conducted during the audit period.
A total of 49 audit findings were raised comprising 4 Non-compliances, 23 Areas for Improvement, and 22 Observations.
Spark established corrective actions to address the audit findings. At the end of the reporting period, 12 findings remained open.
The overall outcomes of the audits conducted showed that Spark has improved their implementation of environmental management processes.
