Truck movements and oversized deliveries up to 24/7, including loading and unloading
Peace Road entry at Kingston Road closed until late 2026. Entry to Peace Road via Victory Road

Changes to 631 bus route including closure of some bus stops between Nicholas Grove and Clayton Road
Note: Timing of works may change due to weather or ground conditions.
Local traders remain open for business during works.
Additional short-term traffic changes will be in place around the Heatherton and Clarinda area as we complete site investigation works.
There will be increasing major works activities, including earthworks and piling, across the train stabling facility site.
Impacts
As with all major infrastructure projects, surrounding communities may experience some impacts during construction. The Project supports businesses and residents to continue to live, work, study and shop in their community.

How we will manage our works
Covering trucks to minimise dust
Monitoring noise, dust and vibration levels
Using noise blankets and hoarding to minimise noise, dust and light spill
Safely removing and managing hazardous materials in accordance with regulations and requirements
Using wheel washers and rumble grids to remove mud and dirt from trucks leaving the site
Using street sweepers to minimise mud and dirt on local roads
Using water and dust suppressants
Maintaining access to homes and businesses.
