Description
There are 3 stations entrances / exits:
- Collins Street, at City Square, on the corner of Swanston Street
- Swanston Street, near the corner of Flinders Street
- Fed Square, at the southeast corner of Flinders Street and St Kilda Road.
From Collins Street, lifts or escalators connect two underground retail levels and a concourse level.
On this concourse level you will find ticket machines, a Changing Places facility and Customer Service. In the paid area you will find toilets and baby change facilities.
Lifts or escalators will take you from the concourse to the platform.
From Swanston Street, lifts or escalators connect to a concourse level.
On this concourse level you will find ticket machines and Customer Service. Within the myki gates you will find accessible toilets and baby change facilities.
This concourse level is also the underground connection to Flinders Street Station within the paid area. If you are changing between the two stations you do not need to tap your myki.
Lifts or escalators from this concourse will take you to a lower concourse and then another set of lifts and escalators will take you to the platform.
From Fed Square, lifts or escalators will take you to a concourse level. This entrance include a short flight of stairs that can be avoided by using the lifts.
From the concourse level, lifts or escalators will take you to the platform.
Trains heading towards Sunbury are on Platform 1, the next station is State Library.
Trains heading towards Cranbourne or Pakenham are on Platform 2, the next station is Anzac.
Accessible boarding points are located at the start of each platform to meet the first door of the train. Speak with staff if you need a ramp to board the train.
