From 7pm Monday 13 July until late 2026, Harkness Boulevard will be closed between Barwon Heads Road and Harriott Road while we build the future Barwon Heads-bound lanes between Boundary and Lake roads and the connection to the Harkness Boulevard intersection.
To implement this closure, we’ll work overnight from 7pm on Monday 13 July to 6am Tuesday 14 July to install concrete barriers around the work area.
We’ll then work 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 7am to 1pm on Saturdays until late 2026.
