We’ll run a free community shuttle bus to help you move safely between Wallan train station, Wallara Waters and Wallan town centre.
The service will run 16 hours a day, 7 days a week , in a continuous loop between Wallan train station, the entrance to Wallara Waters and Wallan town centre.
The community shuttle bus will run from 6am to 10pm each day to help pedestrians safely cross the bridge.
Pedestrians needing to cross the Watson Street bridge outside of these hours should call us on 1800 105 105 at anytime.

- operated by Seymour Coaches, an experienced local provider that runs PTV services

- every 30-40 minutes during peak periods
- every 20 minutes at all other times

From the first day of the school term, Wednesday 28 January, we’ll run a free school shuttle bus to help students and families get ready for the footpath closure.
Only students who usually walk across the bridge to get to and from school can use the school shuttle.
Parents and other community members, including those travelling with children, need to use the separate free community shuttle bus from mid-February.
We won’t close the footpath until 16 February. We will start the school shuttle when school begins so students have time to adjust to the change.
This shuttle service will run only while the Watson Street footpath is closed.
PTV services will continue to run as normal, with no changes to existing routes or timetables.
