Yes - having an active application with another program doesn’t disqualify your organisation from applying for the Community Projects Fund.

However-funding can only be allocated to items where there is no overlap in the scope (deliverables / activities) of the project proposed to be funded.

For example- if you are applying for the CPF to fund tools and saplings for a tree planting project, then the other grant program cannot fund those items.
