Application checklist

Applications for the third round of funding close at 3pm, Tuesday 10 September 2024.

Information on the applying organisation including:

  • name, address, contact details
  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Australian Business Number (ABN)
  • Public Liability Insurance certificate (PLI)
  • annual report
  • written evidence to carry out the works on the nominated property or site (e.g. Council or landowner permission)
  • evidence of auspice agreement if the organisation/group is not incorporated
  • purpose of the organisation
  • evidence of your organisation capacity to manage or deliver the project.

Information about the proposed project:

  • project name, start and end date
  • type of project (capital works, purchase, other initiative)
  • details about the project
  • location of the project
  • key milestones of the project
  • beneficiaries of the project
  • project outcomes and evaluation.

You'll need to provide responses to address the below:

  • describe how your organisation is impacted by North East Link construction and how your project will address this impact
  • describe how your project will fulfil at least one community priority
  • provide evidence that this project/initiative has community support.

Please include as much information as you can to support your application and demonstrate your ability to deliver the community project or initiative.

In relation to project costs, you will be asked for:

  • the total cost of the project
  • your organisation’s contribution
  • funding amount being applied for
  • any other funding sources you have already secured
  • quotes for expenses over $1000.
