From Monday 11 May to the end of July, shop at McGrath Road north and Ballan Road shops and give a local school the chance to win $5,000 for educational resources!
Every dollar spent equals 1 point towards a local school.
How it works:

- Upload your receipt, enter the spend amount and nominate your school

Why it matters
Supporting local is important for the community as it strengthens school spirit and your local economy, reinforces community ties and fosters connection.
Giving your school a chance to win prize money means more resources for classrooms and better learning experiences for students.

Your local Ballan Shops are open for business
Eateries, car and dog wash and BP at 210 Ballan Road:
McGrath Road north is now open at Ballan Road. Visit the eateries, car and dog wash and BP with left in/left out from either the McGrath Road north or Ballan Road shop driveways.
Wyndham Vale Healthcare, pharmacy, 7-Eleven and Ultra Tune:
Access to local shops will be maintained during major works on the southern side of Ballan Road. Please continue to make your appointments with Wyndham Vale Healthcare, visit the pharmacy, fill up at 7-Eleven and service your car at Ultra Tune as works progress.
From 5am, Monday 22 June 2026 until early 2027 McGrath Road south will be closed at Ballan Road. You’ll be able to access Wyndham Vale Healthcare, pharmacy, 7-Eleven and Ultra Tune:
By car
- Ballan Road driveway (left in for Manor Lakes bound traffic), or
- McGrath Road south driveway
- Werribee bound traffic can access McGrath Road south via Cambridge Crescent.
On foot
- walk the footpath and pedestrian detours around the works area to shops
- use the temporary push-button pedestrian crossing on Ballan Road.
