About the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority

The Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority (VIDA) delivers the state’s transport, health and community safety infrastructure programs.

This includes projects such as North East Link, removing level crossings, building new hospitals, and upgrades to ambulance, fire services, SES and prison facilities.

VIDA is made up of 5 Project Offices:

VIDA was established in April 2024 and is led by Director-General Kevin Devlin, with Duncan Elliott currently acting as Interim Director-General.
