The North East Link project has had a massive few years of construction with significant progress made towards opening to the public in 2028.
As we move into the final stages of major construction, we are refreshing our Community Liaison Groups (CLGs). These final CLG groups will work with the project between 2027 and 2028.
This is your opportunity to secure a front-row seat to see this massive project brought to completion and handed back to the community.

We want interested individuals who are ready to help us cross the finish line. We encourage applications from a range of backgrounds, including residents, community groups, students, and local organisations who:

- Are willing to listen, collaborate, and work positively with others.
What is Involved?
To ensure smooth collaboration without taking over your calendar, CLG members will:
- Attend a collaborative weekday meeting during business hours with majority of meetings held in Bulleen or Watsonia, approximately every six weeks.
- Act as a vital, trusted link between the project team and local residents.
- Actively participate in discussions regarding upcoming project milestones and community opportunities.
